Refund Policy & Cancellation

This policy applies to all paid purchases made through SkillMed, including courses, professional tools, templates, and certificates.
1. Digital products
SkillMed sells and delivers digital educational content, professional tools, templates, and downloadable resources. Once access is granted or content is delivered, the product is considered consumed.
2. No refunds
All purchases of paid courses, tools, templates, certificates, and related digital services are final. We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including change of mind, inability to complete the course, or dissatisfaction with the learning experience.
3. No cancellations
Subscriptions, one-time purchases, and access grants cannot be cancelled once activated or delivered. Recurring subscriptions, if offered in the future, will follow the cancellation terms displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Exceptions
In the rare event of a proven technical failure that permanently prevents access to content you paid for, contact us at info@skillmed.in. We will investigate and, if confirmed, restore access or provide a reasonable remedy at our discretion.
