SkillMed ("we", "us") operates the SkillMed training platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you create an account, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

• Training activity: modules you open, exam attempts, scores, and issued certificates.
• Technical information: standard server logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and reliability.

• To provide the training portal and personalise your dashboard.
• To issue certificates that include your full name and a unique verification ID.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

3. Data protection

Data is stored on a managed cloud backend with row-level access controls so that only you (and authorised SkillMed administrators) can access your records. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data only with the infrastructure providers required to operate the portal, and only as needed to deliver the service.

5. Your rights

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — update inaccurate information from your profile.
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated training records.
• Portability — receive your certificates and attempt history in a portable format.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
